After blowing an engine two weeks ago at the southern maryland nationals, while running third, this team needed something good to happen. A good draw gave us a second place in the heat, with the invert starting us on the outside front row. The 64 took the lead and never looked back. Several restarts saw the competition fall back as the Ford at the front pulled away. Not too bad for a little back-up motor! This week we go to the Winchester 200 for the final race of the year.
