Sorry again for the delay in updates. We drew #21 on sunday, starting on the pole in the second heat! Almost forgot what to do in that situation; we led all six laps on the dry/slick winchester track, then with the invert we started 10th. The car was running good when the trans locked up going into turn 3. The car spun around and slammed the wall on the drivers side pretty hard. We worked all week to change the trans, rear gear and other parts like wheels and tires. This past week we had a normal bad draw and ended up 5th in the heat, started 3rd in the feature, the car was fast, but a little too tight in the middle to make the pass on David Kaiser in the 0 car. Congrats to David and crew and to Mike Corbin, who passed us for second at the end of the race. After last week this feels like a win. Well, we gotta get back to it so we’ll be back Sat.
